We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Leisure & Grounds Host for a British private family residence on Nurai Island, Abu Dhabi. The villa is fully staffed and is used by the family as a private residence as well as for hosting family, friends, and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor leisure areas and grounds while also providing a friendly, professional, and proactive service to the family and their guests.

This is a highly guest-facing role and would suit someone with experience in a private household, luxury hospitality, butler service, guest relations, hospitality, or guest services. Previous experience with all of the specific duties is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

The property has extensive outdoor areas and leisure facilities, including water sports, a swimming pool, spa facilities, outdoor games, fire pits, beach areas, gazebos, and outdoor entertaining spaces. The villa is fully staffed, and the successful candidate will work as part of the wider household team. The role involves a combination of guest service, outdoor grounds maintenance, leisure support, and practical hands‑on duties.

There will also be some manual work involved, particularly when preparing water sports equipment, assisting guests, maintaining outdoor areas, and ensuring the property is fully prepared for the family's arrival and throughout their stay.
