We are looking for our future Bar Manager ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.
Independently manage the bar operations and ensure smooth service
Welcome, advise and engage with guests at the bar
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages
Create and deliver high-quality drinks while ensuring consistency and presentation
Develop the bar offering and identify upselling opportunities
Manage stock levels, orders and inventory control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
Lead, train and support the bar team during service
Coordinate closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service
Previous experience managing bar operations and a team
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and stock management skills
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Excellent sense of hospitality and guest experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on upselling and profitability
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Team spirit, leadership and attention to detail
