Join us as a Junior Receptionist where you will Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors amp co-workers Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner Greet guests warmly guide them to their tables and ensure all inquiries are met with a smile Manage reservations calls and emails efficiently while providing accurate and helpful information Maintain LPM standards stay flexible with role changes and always ensure an outstanding guest experience

Requirements- Proficiency in English is a must; an additional European language is a plus.
- Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or a guest relations executive role.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably in Seven Rooms and Microsoft Office.
- Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and presentation that reflects the company's professional standards.
