As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and residents at our luxury property in Abu Dhabi. Your main duties will include managing guest requests and inquiries, coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to provide recommendations to guests
• Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
• Assist in conducting regular property inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels of guest amenities and request restocking when necessary
• Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests as needed
• Uphold our company's policies and procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
