Nehal Hotel, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Manage room bookings and reservations (walk-in, phone, and online)
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, and provide information about hotel facilities
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing/payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the UAE hospitality industry
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficient in using hotel management/reservation software and MS Office
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and handle guest situations calmly

• Experience with WINHMS software will be an added advantage
