Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role.

• Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and take corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure that all housekeeping duties are properly carried out according to established operating procedures.
• Ensure that supplies are adequately stocked and available for use.
• Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Establish cleaning schedules for staff members.
• Monitor the quality of housekeeping services provided.
• Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Train new staff on departmental policies, safety protocols, and housekeeping processes.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Housekeeping Manager or a similar role is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team of other professionals.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is essential .
• Excellent customer service skills are essential .
