- Assisting in preparing and maintaining of good indoor and outdoor masonry work, wall and floor coverings in Guest Rooms, Offices, Lobbies, Corridors, Partitions, Elevators, etc, using appropriate tools and materials.
- Keeps an accurate log of work carried out.
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Perform day to day routine and preventive maintenance within the hotel.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
