This is an on-site position and is not located remotely.

• Support cleaning requirements across areas such as kitchens, food and beverage operations, and laundry.
• Prepare fresh, clean linens for hotel operations and guest use.
• Clean and maintain dining ware according to required quality standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash stations safely and correctly.
• Use linen washers and dryers when supporting laundry operations.
• Operate and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and tools.
• Transport dishware, linens, and related items between appropriate hotel areas.
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and ready for operational use.
• Follow established quality expectations and hotel procedures.
• Assist different departments with cleaning and utility requirements as operational needs change.
• Complete other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Utility Cleaners contribute to hotel operations behind the scenes by ensuring colleagues have access to clean dining ware, linens, equipment, and properly maintained work areas. The position requires effective cooperation with employees across different departments and a willingness to support common operational goals. Associates are expected to develop positive working relationships, communicate professionally, and listen and respond appropriately to workplace concerns raised by colleagues.

The Utility Cleaner must follow company policies and procedures while maintaining established cleanliness and quality standards. Creating a safe workplace is an important part of the position, and accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions must be reported to management. Professional standards also apply to uniform, personal appearance, workplace communication, and cooperation with other hotel departments.

This is a physically active position that may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Associates must be able to reach overhead and below the knees and perform movements including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Candidates must also be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
