SLVJ Group is looking for a Head Hostess who knows that great hospitality starts long before the guest reaches the table.
For our high-energy lifestyle restaurant and speakeasy concept, we’re searching for someone with presence, personality, and the confidence to own the door in a fast-paced environment.

Skills- Have solid experience as a Senior Hostess / Lead Hostess in a lifestyle restaurant, premium dining venue, lounge, nightlife or similar high-volume concept
- Are confident managing busy services, reservations, table allocations, guest flow and waiting lists
- Know how to welcome and engage with VIPs, regulars and international clientele naturally and professionally
- Stay composed, polished and solutions-focused even when the venue is at full capacity
- Have the confidence to lead and support a hostess team while working closely with Reservations, Service and Management
- Bring genuine energy and personality to the guest experience — not just a scripted welcome
- Are highly organized, well-presented and an excellent communicator
- Ideally have previous experience within the UAE hospitality scene
