Utility Cleaners support several vital areas of hotel operations rather than working within a single service function. The position requires flexibility to assist departments with cleaning, equipment operation, linen handling, dishware movement, and other practical tasks necessary to maintain efficient service.

• Support cleaning requirements across hotel departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry.
• Prepare and maintain clean linens for hotel operations and guest use.
• Clean and handle dining ware according to established quality requirements.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools used in assigned work areas.
• Use dishwashing machines and hand-wash stations as required.
• Operate linen washers and dryers when assigned to laundry support.
• Transport dishware and linens safely between appropriate hotel areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization while completing assigned operational duties.
• Follow established quality expectations and workplace standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and departments to achieve common operational goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

The position may also require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and reaching overhead or below the knees. Regular movements may include bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
