We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm and efficient service throughout their stay.

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support reservations and telephone operator duties as needed

• 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
  Arabic is an advantage
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
