• Operate and monitor washing, dry-cleaning, and drying machinery.
• Add appropriate chemicals during laundry processing as required.
• Set dryers to designated times and temperatures according to the fabrics contained in each load.
• Inspect articles removed from washers, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines for cleanliness.
• Transfer clean articles into designated linen carts.
• Fold cleaned items to the required size either manually or with a folding machine.
• Maintain accurate records of items processed through the laundry.
• Complete other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
