** Key Responsibilities
*** Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants.
* Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
* Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and completion of assignments.
* Ensure rooms are released on time and communicate room status with Front Office.
* Report and follow up on maintenance issues and room defects.
* Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, and equipment.
* Ensure proper handling of lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
* Train, coach, and support team members in maintaining service and cleanliness standards.
* Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies.
* Assist the Housekeeping management team with daily operations and departmental requirements.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment.
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
* Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Positive, hands-on, and guest-focused attitude.
