SummaryYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Guest Services Officer
- Guest Serviceis responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operations within the Rooms Division.
Develops a strong knowledge of the hotels’ facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
Stay current and up to date with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events.
Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities outside of the property.
Obtains necessary tickets and directions to facilities.
Makes guest reservations for air or other forms of transportation when requested.
Obtains necessary itinerary tickets.
Following up of guests lost luggage.
Ensure proper usage of guest names and respecting privacy.
To ensure warm welcome and fond farewell is provided to all guests.
To oversee Concierge operations, doormen, bellmen, valet parking and to supervise the area.
Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions
QualificationsWe are seeking passionate, action-oriented, and hardworking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in hotel operations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer-focused mindset and demonstrate fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
