We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender to join the opening team at ISOLA Abu Dhabi. The Bartender will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages while providing engaging and efficient guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails according to approved recipes.
- Maintain consistency in measurements, flavour, garnishing and presentation.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and support upselling.
- Complete bar mise en place and keep the station fully stocked.
- Process orders accurately through the POS system.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, storage and wastage.
- Maintain bar hygiene and responsible-service standards.
- At least 2 years of bartending experience.
- Experience in a premium restaurant, bar, lounge or lifestyle venue.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Confident guest-engagement and sales skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
