- To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests
- To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products both on food and beverages allowing to attend every guest s needs and questions
- To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean
- To provide the best guest experience to all according to LPM standards while interacting with them and showing your personality
- To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)
- Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- English fluent oral and written
- Attention to details, speed and accuracy
