We are looking for a

We are looking for a professional, discreet and service oriented Butler to provide personalised and high-quality hospitality and guest support services to VIP clients and authorised guests.

• Provide personalised and discreet butler service to VIP clients and authorised guests.
• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional and respectful approach.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, personalised assistance.
• Support food and beverage service, including table setup, meal service and beverage presentation.
• Assist with private dining, special occasions, meetings and other approved functions.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation in assigned service areas.
• Handle guest requests professionally and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guests, personal information and service arrangements.
• Demonstrate excellent service etiquette and cultural sensitivity at all times.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate matters appropriately.
• Maintain professional grooming, uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, infection-control and applicable operational procedures.
• Complete assigned service checklists, handovers and required documentation.
• Support the team during busy periods and maintain service continuity.

• High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, VIP Host, Hotel Service Professional or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotels, private residences, VIP service, healthcare hospitality or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
• Good spoken English;
  Arabic and any additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of professional service etiquette.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed and professional under pressure.
• Strong discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work roster-based shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
