* Assist guests with their requests, inquiries, and special arrangements.
* Follow up on guest feedback and ensure any concerns are handled promptly.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
* Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
* Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.  
** Requirements:
*** Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
* Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Professional appearance and the ability to work well in a team.
