Director of Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Director of Hospitality Operations to lead and oversee end-to-end hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all functions.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hospitality departments.
• Oversee reception, concierge, butler services and guest relations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage housekeeping operations, laundry services, cleanliness and quality standards.
• Oversee restaurants, coffee lounges, pool and beach operations, in-room dining, bars and clubs.
• Ensure effective maintenance operations, engineering support and overall property readiness.
• Oversee governmental inspections, audits, CID requirements and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, cost optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Lead departmental heads, manage operational budgets and ensure adherence to established hospitality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of hospitality experience, including significant experience in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE hospitality regulations, CID requirements and government compliance.
• Experience managing luxury hospitality properties, hotels, resorts or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive operational experience across all hospitality functions, rather than expertise limited to a single department.
