Bellman, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with loading unloading and transporting luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities services and hotel amenities
• Provide accurate information about the hotel restaurants pools spa activities and other facilities
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements taxis and airport transfers when required
• Deliver luggage messages packages and other items to guest rooms promptly
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance lobby bell desk and luggage storage areas
• Assist guests with valet parking procedures where applicable
• Handle guest requests professionally and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with Front Office Concierge Housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services operating hours and local attractions
• Handle guest belongings carefully and follow proper procedures for lost and found items
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with the hotel s grooming and uniform standards
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and support special occasions when required
• Promote hotel facilities activities and services when appropriate
• Report maintenance issues guest concerns or safety hazards to the relevant department
• Follow all hotel policies health and safety procedures and security standards

Previous experience as a Bellman, Bellboy, Porter, Concierge Assistant, or in a similar hotel position is preferred. Experience in a 5-star or luxury resort is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Friendly, confident, and guest-oriented personality. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced resort environment. Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage.

Strong teamwork and customer-service skills. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
