To manage his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

• Previous experience as Chef de Cuisine - Italian in a luxury hotel of good standards and operations.
