• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations in booking systems.
• Check stay dates, room types, rates, and guest details for accuracy.
• Update availability and reservation information across relevant channels.
• Track booking changes and flag discrepancies or potential inventory conflicts.
• Coordinate with revenue and front office teams on room allocations.
• Prepare reservation and occupancy updates for operational planning.

Experience in hotel reservations, accommodation operations, or booking coordination is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Familiarity with property management or reservation systems, careful data entry, and clear communication are valuable.
