Reservation Agent

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reservation Agent to join the opening team  Reservation Agent will manage reservation enquiries accurately and create a professional first point of contact for ISOLA guests.

• Handle reservation enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Enter and update bookings accurately in Seven Rooms or a similar system.
• Explain availability, dining policies and special arrangements clearly.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences and booking notes.
• Identify VIPs and special occasions and communicate details to the restaurant team.
• Support waitlist management, confirmations and booking follow-ups.
• Coordinate group bookings and

• At least 1–2 years of reservations, reception or guest-relations experience.
• Experience with Seven Rooms or a similar reservation platform.
• Strong telephone etiquette, written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
