We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Holiday Home Guest Coordinator to join our expanding hospitality team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate
, supporting holiday home operations across both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will be the main point of contact for guests—from inquiry to check‑out—ensuring every stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.

• Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, including key handovers
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide clear information about property features, house rules, and local attractions
• Handle booking confirmations, guest communication, and reservation‑related admin
• Update booking calendars and maintain accurate guest records
• Monitor guest feedback and support service improvements
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
• Assist with basic administrative duties related to reservations and payments
• Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive guest experience

• Strong guest service and hospitality skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Clear spoken and written English; strong interpersonal communication
• Problem‑solving abilities and a courteous, professional demeanor
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accurate record‑keeping
• Basic proficiency with booking systems or property management software
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or customer‑facing roles (holiday homes experience is an advantage)
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for peak arrival/departure times, weekends, or holidays
• Professional appearance and conduct, with commitment to confidentiality
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, tourism, or business administration is beneficial
