We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receiver to join the opening team Receiver will receive, inspect and record deliveries accurately while maintaining proper storage and inventory-control procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Receive food, beverage and non-food deliveries against approved purchase orders.
- Check quantities, quality, temperatures, expiry dates and product condition.
- Record deliveries accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, stores and operational departments.
- Ensure products are labelled, rotated and transferred to storage correctly.
- Maintain clean and organized receiving and holding areas.
- Follow food-safety, security and documentation requirements.
- At least 1–2 years of receiving, stores or inventory experience.
- Hospitality, restaurant or food-and-beverage receiving experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of delivery documentation, stock rotation and temperature controls.
- Strong numerical accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
