Housekeeping Order Taker (Emirati), you will be at the heart of creating exceptional guest experiences. From coordinating guest requests to ensuring seamless communication within the Housekeeping team, you’ll play an important role in delivering personalized service and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, making every guest feel truly cared for throughout their stay.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Handle incoming guest requests and inquiries related to Housekeeping, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure timely delivery of guest amenities, special requests, and other housekeeping services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, room status updates, and daily housekeeping activities using hotel systems.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the Housekeeping leadership team with administrative tasks, daily reports, and departmental coordination while upholding Hilton's service standards.
