We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier healthcare talent, we would love for you to be a part of our team!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless experience from candidate outreach to onboarding.
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract highly qualified candidates across diverse healthcare specialties.
- Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline to meet the growing demands of the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Stay up to date with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive experience and strong employer brand representation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the healthcare job market.
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of healthcare positions, including medical, nursing, and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry-specific recruitment trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve recruitment goals and organizational success.
