Recruiter job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in Abu-Dhabi as a Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new talent to our organization. This position offers an attractive salary of 1200.

• Identify and recruit candidates through job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer service orientation.

• Familiarity with recruitment practices and processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment.
• Open to learning and opportunities; willingness to consider candidates with varying levels of experience.
