Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting new employees on behalf of the organization. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, database searches, referrals and other methods

• Interview potential candidates in person or via video conferencing

• Screen resumes and job applications according to set criteria

• Conduct background checks on selected candidates

• Develop job descriptions for different roles within the organization

• Negotiate offers with successful candidates

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience as a recruiter either in-house or agency based

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly build rapport with potential candidates
• Knowledge of standard recruitment practices and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
