Faculty of Media and Public Relations, Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Faculty of Business, Faculty of Engineering and Computing.
HR Officer – Recruitment & HR Services is responsible for delivering effective recruitment & hiring support services at the College. The incumbent also aids the selected candidates in their On‑Boarding process in addition to performing other regular human resources functions.
Responsibilities- various search strategies to create a pool of resumes for qualified applicants for every job opening, such as publishing ads in both traditional and digital channels (College website, Linked In, etc.) and working with recruiting consultants overseas. (#2)
- Review relevant documents from recommended candidates, as per the required college standards to complete the application process.
- and follow up on recommended candidates’ application status.
- a talent pool database with qualified resumes for each significant position at the college. (#3)
- official HR memos and letters.
- general HR emails to mark employees’ occasions such as new babies, marriage, etc.
- with the IT Department in facilitating the new joiners’ with necessary IT requirements (such as usernames, emails, etc.) and the deactivation of the same in case of leavers.
- the induction program for new joiners with the HR manager. (4 )
- the Human Resources manager in reviewing & and updating the existing job descriptions as per the roles specified in the Organization’s Chart
- the JDs have been included in all personnel files and that the necessary recruitment forms.
- and posting job advertisements for new positions as required.
- Job offers and Contracts for new hires.
- careers email by checking emails, CVs downloading, sorting, etc. on a regular basis.
- and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
- applications and CVs to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements.
- with the HR manager to determine staffing needs.
- interviews by coordinating with potential candidates and the hiring committee.
- the recruitment process by conducting candidate experience surveys.
- with the Manager – Human Resources in facilitating the faculty members’ hiring process.
- the Manager – Human Resources in preparing and updating HR and admin policies and procedures.
- up to date with the latest HR policies and procedures.
- the college’s value by maintaining the confidentiality of information and documents.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Professionalism
QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar subject is required. Preference may be given to candidates holding professional HR certification or a master’s degree in HR.
