Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Design and deliver training modules, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and training software
- Willingness to travel as needed
