The Main Event:What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Talent Acquisition
:
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Business and cross functional positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Collaboration with Hiring Managers
:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process. - Candidate Engagement
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities. - Data Management
:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Based in UAE
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales and banking roles.
- Proven experience of hiring for the high-volume roles.
- Curiosity, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like Linked In Recruiter
- Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable.
