Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
* Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
* Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
* Provide expert-level support and training to end-users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
* Manage upgrade and enhancement projects.
* Mentor and guide junior consultants.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
* 12+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
* In-depth knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.## Benefits
