As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee employee relations practices and policies, provide strategic guidance to leadership, support managers in complex cases, and foster a workplace culture built on respect, engagement, and accountability. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and advise on sensitive employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
* Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of cases in line with UAE labor law and company policies.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee issues effectively.
* Deliver ER-related training and awareness sessions to strengthen managerial capability and workplace culture.
* Track and analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
* 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor law; wider GCC experience is an advantage.
* Proven track record in managing complex ER cases with discretion and professionalism.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.## Benefits
