Charterhouse is working with a Single-Family Office who are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Specialist on a 6-month contract to support their Abu Dhabi Talent Acquisition Team.

Our client is ideally seeking an experienced candidate with in-house experience, working within Financial Services, Professional Services or Technology.

About the Role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across a broad range of roles, including legal, HR, investment technology from junior, through to mid and senior level positions. The role will work closely with the Recruitment Team to support on the development and executing sourcing strategies, to assist in business growth, and focus on attracting high-quality and diverse talent. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment for Abu Dhabi-based positions, including the preparation and extension of offers, as well as coordination of hiring and mobility processes.

A key aspect of this role involves partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to scope hiring requirements, deliver guidance, set timelines and provide clear communication throughout the recruitment process. The role will also manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, migration and mobility providers, while ensuring service delivery is both efficient and compliant.

In addition to sourcing and conducting interviews, this role will oversee the candidate’s journey from the initial engagement through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.

About You

The ideal candidate must be confident, a proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A candidate that possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, able to assess hiring needs and provide guidance.

The successful candidate will be strategic a strategic thinker, yet hands-on in delivery, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this role, candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, and have experience working in Financial Services, Professional Services or Technology. It is required to have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
