One of our clients is currently looking for Chief Human Resources Officer to join their leadership team and lead the overall human resources strategy for the organization.
Main Responsibilities of a Chief Human Resources OfficerYour main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives.
- Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
- Leading performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives.
- Leading HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks for the organization.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- You have proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives.
- You have in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- You can demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement, create a positive work culture, and lead through influence.
- You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven and analytical approach to HR.
Please note, construction and corporate background experience is essential.
