We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic or European speaker) for a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating hiring efforts, executing employer branding strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent, supporting the organization’s hiring goals.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of Employer Branding principles and strategies
- Fluency in Arabic or a European language, alongside excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of regional employment laws and best practices is advantageous
