We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and takes sole ownership of day-to-day HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a lean HR setup
. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle
, ensure UAE compliance
, oversee payroll, compensation & benefits
, and play a key role in building a positive and professional workplace culture. You will act as a trusted link between employees and management, ensuring HR practices support both business needs and employee wellbeing.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Oversee recruitment activities in collaboration with the recruitment team
- Handle payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and leave administration
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and MOHRE requirements
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and records
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs where required
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and basic analytics for management
- Manage the HR budget and control HR-related costs
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience
, with at least 4 years in an HR Manager or similar role - Hands-on experience managing core HR functions independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
, or related field - Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
- Comfortable handling payroll, benefits, documentation, and HR operations directly
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems, HRIS, and data handling
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in the Events, Hospitality, or project-based industry is preferred
- Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is desirable
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
