Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Performance Specialist to join the HR department. He/She oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of talent and performance data. This role involves supporting HR initiatives by providing accurate insights, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating effective decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Measures the completion rate of performance reviews within a specified period (e.g., annually, semi-annually). Indicates adherence to the performance management process.
- Design, implement, and administer the company s performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Follow and monitor probationary employees’ performance
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance management process.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and top performers. Collaborate with management to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans. Ensure the performance management system is aligned with the company s strategic objectives and legal requirements.
- Regularly review and update the performance management system to ensure its effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of performance management principles, employee engagement strategies, HR best practices, and UAE labor law.
