Position: Human Resources Officer (Emiratization Framework Experienced)

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their team based in Abu Dhabi. The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The role covers core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
  • Prepare and issue HR correspondence (contracts, letters, confirmations, terminations)
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate visa, labor contract, Emirates , and government‑related HR processes
  • Support training, induction, and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and management dashboards
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years UAE working experience.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, SAP and MS Office Applications.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE processes.
