* Provide real-time data and insights on candidate engagement and recruitment metrics.
* Continuously explore and implement new techniques to optimize talent attraction strategies.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for various job requisitions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
* Familiarity with AI and automation tools in the recruitment domain is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and inform strategy.
* Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
