As a Cabin Crew Recruitment Officer, you will be a strategic partner to our In-Flight Operations team. Your mission is to source, select, and hire the highest-caliber Cabin Crew globally. You will ensure that every hire not only meets GCAA regulations and licensing requirements but also embodies the elite service standards of our organization.

Accountabilities
  • Targeted Strategy:
    Execute high-impact recruitment strategies to attract top-tier Cabin Crew within a premier and highly competitive global landscape.
  • Proactive Sourcing:
    Leverage elite aviation networks, digital headhunting, and specialized channels to identify passive and high-quality talent.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Utilize data and performance metrics to identify key global markets that yield the highest quality of hire.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    Maintain deep industry knowledge of competitor airline activity to ensure Etihad remains the employer of choice for top talent.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and nurture high-potential candidate pools, ensuring a "white-glove" experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Global Event Leadership:
    Lead international recruitment events, ensuring a rigorous, fair, and uncompromising selection process that protects our brand standards.
  • Strategic Advisory:
    Provide expert recommendations on global location strategies for recruitment activities based on talent density and quality.
  • Methodology Innovation:
    Continuously evolve selection and assessment methodologies to ensure we are identifying the most sophisticated aviation talent in the market.
