Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
* Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
* Coordinate HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and reports.
* Support the HR team with recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Handle general inquiries and provide information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.## Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or human resources support role.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
