Job Purpose
Perform a variety of activities and processes related to EAD’s personnel administrative activities in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out filing/scanning/data entry and accurate record keeping of all documentation in adherence to the defined standards and procedures.
- Prepare personnel documents and letters including salary certificates and loan application forms, ensuring compliance with EAD policies and procedures.
- Manage immigration-related activities, including initiating visa applications for new employees and terminating visas for departing employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Follow up and keep track of all resident permits and visas that need to be renewed and assist in the renewal process on a timely basis to ensure all documents are up-to-date and in line with the legislative requirements of the UAE.
- Manage and update employee data as required.
- Report the transactions of retirement and benefits for employees who reached the legal retirement age, and the transactions of early retirement benefits for employees according to the applicable regulations in the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund.
Fresh graduate for Diploma Degree graduate and minimum of 2 years for High-School Degree holder.
