Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements that reflect our brand and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Source talent through various channels including Linked In Recruiter (a must), job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, role fit, and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, especially for high-demand roles.
  • Accurately track sourcing efforts and candidate engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and professional hiring journey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment,
    with preference for those with a recruitment agency background.
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter is essential.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong people skills – you enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
  • High energy, a team player, and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
