Responsible for developing HR Strategy Development, Organizational Design, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity and Compliance
Responsibilities:
Conduct HR audits:
Analyze an organization's HR practices, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement HR processes:
Develop and implement HR processes, onboarding, Work Permit Visa Processing & other visa related procedures, performance management
Facilitate organizational change:
Assist organizations in managing change, such as restructuring.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies:
Create and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Ensure strict compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
10 years of relative experience
