As a Senior Talent Partner
, you’ll own hiring end to end for some of Analog’s most critical roles. You’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment journey — from shaping the role and hiring strategy, through sourcing and assessment, to offer, close, and handover.

This is a hands-on role where you operate as both a lead recruiter and a strategic partner to the business. You’ll work closely with leaders, drive searches directly, and take full accountability for hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical roles
  • Partnering with the business to define roles, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Market mapping, proactive sourcing, and outreach for hard-to-find talent
  • Screening, interviewing, and guiding assessment processes
  • Managing offer strategy, negotiation, and closing
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Lead complex and ambiguous searches where requirements evolve as the business scales
  • Own the ATS end to end, including configuration, data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement of hiring workflows
  • Manage external recruitment agencies, including selection, briefing, performance management, and spend control
  • Decide when to hire directly versus when to engage agencies based on role criticality, timelines, and market conditions
  • Act as a strong advocate for candidate experience and employer brand
  • Use market insight and data to advise on talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring trade-offs
  • Continuously improve hiring processes with a people-first mindset
  • Contribute to broader People Function initiatives as Analog grows
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including senior-level or specialist tech roles
  • Proven experience hiring in scaling tech businesses
  • Strong track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-find talent
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment agencies and external partners
  • Comfortable owning outcomes and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing capability across direct outreach, referrals, and creative channels
  • Pragmatic, human approach to hiring — focused on long-term team success
Nice to have
  • Experience hiring for product, engineering, data, or platform teams
  • Background in well-known, high-performing technology companies or similar environments
  • Background across both agency and in-house environments
