Position: Onboarding Specialist (Temporary – 3 Months)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Onboarding Specialist with a background in recruitment to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling high-volume hiring within the hospitality sector and be confident managing visa processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from offer stage through to employee start date
  • Prepare and process offer letters and employment contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, medical requirements, and Emirates
  • Liaise closely with the PRO department and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance
  • Manage security clearance processes where applicable
  • Support high-volume hiring campaigns, particularly within hospitality operations
  • Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and employee records
  • Partner closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding journey
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in onboarding or HR operations
  • Prior recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring within hospitality is highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of visa and labour processing procedures
  • Experience coordinating with PRO departments
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology literate and comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
