We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive
( UAE
- Local) to join a leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi. This role will support HR operations and help ensure a positive experience for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

Maintain HR records and databases in line with company policies.

Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR policies.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

HR certifications (CHRP, CHRM, or equivalent).

Experience in hospitality or multinational organizations.
