Job Description

The HR Assistant is an integral part of the human resources team, offering essential support for various HR functions to ensure smooth operation within the department. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. The HR Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and supporting employee relations initiatives.

This position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The HR Assistant will often act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will play a key role in creating a positive impact on employee satisfaction and departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires receive necessary resources.
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information on HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities or events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle inquiries and forward complex issues to HR managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various cross-functional projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.
  • Coordinate the logistics for HR meetings and interviews, including venue bookings.
  • Provide administrative support in performance management and payroll processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
